目的探讨人格特征对哮喘患者情绪状况的影响。方法对120例哮喘患者采用艾森克人格问卷和简式简明心境问卷进行调查,并与全国常模和正常组常模进行对比分析。结果哮喘患者艾森克人格问卷的神经质和掩饰性分显著高于全国常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);简式简明心境问卷总分和紧张、抑郁、愤怒、疲乏、混乱负性情绪分显著高于常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而正性情绪精力维度分显著低于常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。哮喘患者的总体情绪状况与人格的神经质和精神质维度呈显著负相关,与内外向和掩饰性维度呈显著正相关;哮喘患者人格的神经质和内外向维度进入总体情绪状况的回归方程。结论人格的神经质和内外向维度是影响哮喘患者情绪障碍的重要因素,临床治疗中应对患者的负性情绪进行干预,从而到达管理和控制哮喘的目的。
Objective To investigate the influence of personality traits on the emotional status of asthmatic patients. Methods A total of 120 asthmatic patients were surveyed using the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire and the Concise Concise Mental State Questionnaire, and the results were compared with those of the national norm and normal norm. Results The neuroticism and disguise scores of the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire in asthma patients were significantly higher than those in the national norms (P <0.01). The scores of simple concise mood questionnaire were negative and nervous, depression, anger, fatigue and confusion Sexual mood scores were significantly higher than the norm, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01), while the positive emotional dimension of energy was significantly lower than the norm, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). The overall emotional status of asthmatic patients was negatively correlated with the neurotic and psychotic dimensions of personality and positively correlated with the introversions and extroversions and disguise dimensions. The neuroticism and introversion dimensions of asthmatic patients entered the regression equation of overall emotional status. Conclusion The personality, neuroticism and extroversion dimensions are important factors that affect the emotional disturbance of asthma patients. The negative emotions of patients should be intervened during clinical treatment so as to achieve the goal of management and control of asthma.
