目的探讨血清a1-酸性糖蛋白(α1-AG)和C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平在肺癌患者的应用价值。方法采用速率散射比浊在贝克曼库尔特IMMAGE 800型全自动特种蛋白仪和速率透射比浊法在日立7060全自动生化分析仪上检测46例肺癌患者治疗前后和42名健康体检者血清α1-酸性糖蛋白水平和C-反应蛋白水平,并对经治疗后α1-酸性糖蛋白水平和C-反应蛋白水平均仍升高的5例患者和仅有C-反应蛋白水平仍升高的6例患者进行追踪分析。结果肺癌者治疗前血清α1-酸性糖蛋白水平和C-反应蛋白水平显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01),通过治疗后血清α1-酸性糖蛋白和C-反应蛋白水平显著下降(P<0.01)。经治疗后α1-酸性糖蛋白水平和C-反应蛋白水平均仍升高的5例患者预后不佳,而仅有C-反应蛋白水平仍升高的6例患者预后良好。结论检测血清α1-酸性糖蛋白和C-反应蛋白水平对肺癌患者的诊断和预后判断有重要价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum a1-acid glycoprotein (α1-AG) and C-reactive protein (CRP) levels in patients with lung cancer. Methods The rate scattering turbidimetry was performed on Beckman Coulter IMMAGE 800 automatic dialysis machine and rate turbidimetric assay in 46 patients with lung cancer before and after treatment and 42 healthy subjects on the Hitachi 7060 automatic biochemical analyzer. - acid glycoprotein and C-reactive protein levels, and after treatment of α1-acid glycoprotein and C-reactive protein levels were still elevated in 5 patients and only C-reactive protein levels are still elevated 6 Cases of patients for follow-up analysis. Results The serum levels of α1-acid glycoprotein and C-reactive protein in lung cancer patients before treatment were significantly higher than those in the normal control group (P <0.01). After treatment, the levels of serum α1-acid glycoprotein and C-reactive protein were significantly decreased (P < 0.01). Five patients with elevated levels of α1-acid glycoprotein and C-reactive protein remained poor prognosis after treatment, and 6 patients with elevated C-reactive protein alone had a good prognosis. Conclusion The detection of serum α1-acid glycoprotein and C-reactive protein is of great value in the diagnosis and prognosis of patients with lung cancer.
