本文研究了石粉、硅灰、石粉硅灰复掺对水泥胶砂流动性及强度的影响。结果表明:石粉活性较低,掺量控制在5%以下对胶砂强度影响不大;硅灰降低胶砂流动性,但能显著提高其后期强度,硅灰的最佳掺量为10%;石粉与硅灰复掺对胶砂流动性与强度存在互补作用,石粉能够提高胶砂流动性,硅灰能改善胶砂后期强度不足的问题,石粉最佳掺量为15%,硅灰最佳掺量为8%。
In this paper, the effect of silica fume, silica fume and silica fume composite admixture on the fluidity and strength of cement mortar was studied. The results show that the activity of stone powder is low, and the content of mortar is less than 5%, and the strength of mortar is not affected. Silica fume can reduce the fluidity of mortar, but can significantly increase the strength of later mortar. The optimum content of silica fume is 10%. Stone powder and silica fume mixed with sand have complementary effects on the fluidity and strength of the mortar. Stone powder can improve the fluidity of mortar. Silica fume can improve the problem of insufficient strength in the late stage of sand mortar. The optimal content of stone powder is 15% The dosage is 8%.
