热沉作为空间环境模拟器的重要组成部分,其内表面涂以高吸收率的黑漆,内部通液氮,在航天器热试验过程中起着模拟空间冷黑环境的关键作用,一旦泄漏不但热试验无法进行,甚至可能对航天器造成危害。本文针对大型环境模拟器热沉泄漏的定位方式进行研究,得出了在热沉泄漏早期及时发现泄漏部位的方法,并将其应用在KM6空间环境模拟器上,取得了良好的效果。
As an important part of the space environment simulator, the heat sink is coated with black paint with high absorptivity on the inner surface and internal liquid nitrogen. It plays a key role in simulating cold black environment in spacecraft thermal test. Thermal testing can not be done and could even endanger the spacecraft. In this paper, the method of locating the heat sink leakage in a large-scale environmental simulator is studied, and the method of detecting the leak site in time of early heat sink leakage is obtained. The method is applied to the KM6 space environment simulator and achieved good results.
