在设备差的工厂中,丝杆的加工,特别是长丝杆的加工是一个关键问题。这在今年接受了生产8呎全齿轮车床的任务之后,体会得更加深刻。由于我们设备较差,不用说螺纹铣床,就是精密的车床也很少。如果在车床上用单刀切削,一根丝杆需要7小时左右,不但生产率低,而且质量也难保证。在技术革命中,工人李志芳同志针对这一问题,提出利用旋风切削头加工长丝杆的建议。经过他本人的努力钻研以及技术科的帮助,终于制成了旋风切削头。经实际使用证明,质量完全合乎要求,并能提高生产率14倍。
