本文报导了对 AA2024铝合金的200多欢挤压试验的分析研究。建立了各种断面型材的挤压力和挤压速度的工作极限,并指出了通过并入一个形状因子可以相当精确地予报这些极限。分析了挤压过程中的再结晶动力学,所给出的理论公式与实验结果能较好地吻合。提出了描述工艺过程中各个阶段的组织变化的半经验公式。
This paper reports the analysis of over 200 extrusion tests of AA2024 aluminum alloy. The working limits of extrusion and extrusion speeds for various profile sections were established and it was pointed out that these limits can be reported with considerable accuracy by incorporating a form factor. The recrystallization kinetics in the extrusion process is analyzed. The theoretical formulas given are in good agreement with the experimental results. A semi-empirical formula describing the organizational changes at various stages of the process is presented.
