目的:评价润燥颗粒对小鼠小肠推进功能的影响。方法:观察该药混悬液对阿托品、肾上腺素、盐酸吗啡负荷小鼠以及正常小鼠小肠推进运动的影响,并用t检验分析。结果:该药的3个剂量组与对照组相比较,P均小于0.01。结论:润燥颗粒促进4种不同负荷的小鼠小肠推进功能作用显著,并具有明显的量效关系。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of Runzao Granules on the intestinal propulsive function in mice. METHODS: The effects of the drug suspension on the small intestine advancing movements of atropine, epinephrine, morphine hydrochloride-loaded mice, and normal mice were observed and analyzed by t test. RESULTS: The P doses were less than 0.01 in the three dose groups of the drug compared to the control group. Conclusion: Runzao Granule promotes the effect of four different loads on the small intestine advancing function of mice, and has a significant dose-effect relationship.
