分析了湖北光敏核不育水稻农垦58s(简称58s)和对照农垦58(简称58)在长日照(LD)、短日照(SD)下,其幼穗发育期叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶活性与幼穗丙二醛(MDA)的含量及花粉的育性。结果表明在光照诱导育性转变敏感期58s(LD)其 SOD 活性高于其他3个处理[58s(SD)、58(LD)、58(SD)],且活性变化的时相亦不同于其他3个处理;58s(LD)其幼穗 MDA 含量亦远高于其他3个处理,显示其膜脂质过氧化程度高于其他3个处理,提示58s 在育性转变敏感期受长日照诱导不育与自由基伤害有关。
