It is reported that the State Key Laboratory of Semiconductor Superlattices, Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences, cooperated with professors of Renmin University of China and others to systematically study the interlayer breathing modes of corner multi-layer graphene by using resonance Raman spectroscopy.
