近来笔者在临床工作中发现有对“野葛”一药辨识不清的情况。如妊娠用药禁忌歌中的“野葛水银并巴豆”一句歌诀,因一般书中解释不详,故部分医者虽对歌诀能背诵如流,但却不甚理解其意,甚或望文生义,误认野葛即“葛根之野生者”。因而对妊妇患者临床用药造成不应有的约束。同时,在近年的中药学和药用植物学书刊中也发现有将二者混称的现象。故此,笔者愿将二药作一比较说明,以供同业者参考。野葛、葛根之名称均见于《神农本草
