目的:讨论超脉冲双极等离子汽化电切术(SP-PK+TUEVP)治疗BPH的疗效和安全性。方法:总结2008年5月～2011年3月采用SP超脉冲等离子双极气化电切术(PKSP)治疗BPH患者236例的临床资料,观察术中情况、术后并发症及疗效。结果:236例均手术成功,手术时间36～110min,平均48min,切除前列腺组织28～129g。术中失血60～100ml,平均70ml。术后3个月236例中最大尿流率术后平均18.5ml/s;IPSS评分降至(6.7±1.4)分;QOL评分降至(1.8±0.4)分。结论:PKSP治疗BPH并发症少,临床应用安全、有效。
Objective: To discuss the efficacy and safety of ultra-pulse bipolar plasmaassay (SP-PK + TUEVP) in the treatment of BPH. Methods: From May 2008 to March 2011, clinical data of 236 patients with BPH treated with SP ultrapulse plasma bipolar vaporization (PKSP) were summarized. The intraoperative status, postoperative complications and curative effect were observed. Results: All the 236 cases were operated successfully. The operation time was 36 ~ 110min with an average of 48min. The prostate tissue was excised from 28 to 129g. Intraoperative blood loss 60 ~ 100ml, an average of 70ml. The maximal uroflow rate in the 236 patients at 3 months postoperatively averaged 18.5 ml / s; the IPSS score decreased to (6.7 ± 1.4) points; the QOL score decreased to (1.8 ± 0.4) points. Conclusion: PKSP less complications of BPH, clinical application of safe and effective.
