设计了一种用于助听器SoC的上电复位及欠压检测电路。该电路包括输入级电路、8位逐次逼近模数转换器、片上振荡器、低压差线性稳压器和数字逻辑电路。电路采用SMIC 0.13μm1P8M CMOS工艺实现,后仿真结果表明,在1V电源电压下,电路能够完成上电复位及欠压检测功能;在100Hz输入信号和62.5kHz时钟频率下,模数转换器输出信号的信号失真比(SNDR)为47.77dB,有效位数(ENOB)达到7.64位。整体电路功耗为140μW。
A power-on reset and brown-out detection circuit for hearing aid SoCs is designed. The circuit includes input stage circuitry, 8-bit successive approximation ADCs, on-chip oscillator, low-dropout linear regulator and digital logic. The circuit is realized by SMIC 0.13μm1P8M CMOS technology. The simulation results show that the circuit can complete the power-on reset and under-voltage detection functions under the supply voltage of 1V. Under the condition of 100Hz input signal and 62.5kHz clock frequency, The signal distortion ratio (SNDR) is 47.77dB and the effective number of bits (ENOB) is 7.64 bits. The overall circuit power consumption is 140μW.
