本文以旅游产品的无形性、同步性特征为视角,针对这些属性所引发的质量问题进行了详尽的论述,通过分析其原因,深究其本质,最终为旅游企业在日常的生产经营中如何避免由于服务特性所造成的负面影响提出了相关的建议举措。一、引言研究旅游产品的质量问题,不能简单地照搬工业产品的分析模式,必须从旅游产品服务特性的本质入手,利用服务营销学的理论成果,来分析所导致旅游产品质量问题的客观规律。
