现代市场经济对人的素质影响既有积极的一面,又有消极的一面;人的素质高低对现代市场经济发展具有促进或阻碍作用。在社会主义条件下,应当而且能够把发展市场经济与提高人的素质统一起来。
The impact of modern market economy on people’s quality has both positive and negative aspects. The quality of people has a promoting or impeding effect on the development of modern market economy. Under the conditions of socialism, we should and can unify the development of market economy with the improvement of people’s quality.
