一、高等职业教育课程教学中存在的问题现代高等职业教育推行校企合作制度,希望培养出来的学生能与社会需求接轨,但多半是以学生在实践教学阶段参与社会实习的方式进行,相当于扮演学徒工的角色。以笔者教授课程所属的学院为例,学生会在教学计划安排的实践阶段参与到社会实习中,这样学生在毕业后可以顺利地适应社会需求,实现就业。但是这样的模式存在一定的滞后性,主要是学校对课程的设置。教师对课程的教学,对理论知识的学习安排往往落后于社会需求变化,
