胶质瘤是中枢神经系统最常见的原发性恶性肿瘤,传统治疗主要包括肿瘤切除、放疗及化疗,但肿瘤侵袭性强,术后复发率高。Hedgehog这一高度保守的细胞信号传导通路,广泛参与胚胎的发育和多种病理生理过程,且许多研究已证实该通路在较高比例的胶质瘤中异常活化,在肿瘤发生、发展中的作用也逐渐揭示。这为研究胶质瘤的发病机制及诊断治疗提供新的思路。本文就Hedgehog通路在胶质瘤中的研究进展进行综述。
Glioma is the most common primary malignant tumor of the central nervous system. Traditional treatment mainly includes tumor resection, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, but the tumor is aggressive and the postoperative recurrence rate is high. Hedgehog, a highly conserved cell signaling pathway, is widely involved in the development of embryos and various pathophysiological processes. Many studies have demonstrated that this pathway is abnormally activated in a high proportion of gliomas and plays an important role in tumorigenesis and development Gradually revealed. This provides a new idea for studying the pathogenesis of glioma and diagnosis and treatment. This review summarizes the progress of Hedgehog pathway in gliomas.
