[目的]了解龙岩市食品及公共场所从业人员预防性健康检查情况,为监督管理提供依据。[方法]对2011年在龙岩市疾控中心健康检查的食品及公共场所从业人员的健康检查资料进行分析。[结果]检查从业人员4 632人,有职业禁忌证137人,检出率为2.96%。有职业禁忌证检出率,男性为6.27%,女性为1.49%;18~19岁为3.97%,20~29岁为3.22%,30~39岁为2.72%,30~49岁为2.24%,50~59岁为1.79%(P<0.01);从事食品工作人员为3.11%,公共场所工作人员为2.66%(P>0.05)。[结论]食品及公共场所从业人员的健康状况较好。
[Objective] To understand the preventive health examination of food and public places practitioners in Longyan City and provide basis for supervision and management. [Methods] The health check-ups of food and public places practitioners in the health examination in Longyan CDC in 2011 were analyzed. [Results] 4,632 employees were examined, 137 were contraindications to the profession, with a detection rate of 2.96%. The detection rate of occupational contraindications was 6.27% in males and 1.49% in females, 3.97% in 18-19 years, 3.22% in 20-29 years, 2.72% in 30-39 years, 2.24% in 30-49 years, 1.79% (P <0.01) between 50 and 59 years old; 3.11% engaged in food workers and 2.66% in public places (P> 0.05). [Conclusion] The health status of employees in food and public places is better.
