目的 :观察增龄对人血清中甲状腺激素 (TH)、胰岛素样生长因子 - 1(IGF- 1)及脱氢表雄酮 (DHEA)变化及用高健美治疗老年人后甲状腺功能 (甲功 )、 IGF- 1、 DHEA和肾虚衰老症状的改变。方法 :从健康体检的人群中 ,选择 5 0例属于肾虚衰老的老年人作为治疗组 ,选择老年前期及青壮年期各 30例作为对照组 ,分别检测甲功 (TT3、 TT4、 FT3、 FT4) ,IGF- 1、DHEA、肝功能及心电图 ;对治疗组用小剂量高健美治疗 ,每日 3片 ,3个月为一疗程 ,用 2个疗程 ,每个疗程结束后复查以上指标 ,并对治疗前后的肾虚衰老积分值进行记分 ,所有结果进行统计学处理。结果 :随着增龄 ,青壮年组、老年前组及老年组血清 TT3、 FT3、 FT4、 IGF- 1及 DHEA水平逐渐下降 ,各组比较有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1) ,TT4改变不显著(P >0 .0 5 ) ,高健美治疗 ,可使其下降的水平升高 ,3个月后 ,可达老年前组水平 ,治疗 6个月与 3个月比较 ,无明显性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,治疗后 ,衰老积分值降低 ,肾虚衰老的症状得到显著改善 ,高健美治疗无明显毒副作用。结论 :增龄可使血液循环中 TH、IGF- 1及 DHEA的浓度呈进行性下降 ,高健美治疗可提高其浓度 ,使其达到老年前组的水平 ,并可改善老年人肾虚衰老的症状。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the changes of thyroid hormone (TH), insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) and dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) in human serum and to treat thyroid function after treatment of elderly patients with high body building (HG) , IGF-1, DHEA, and changes in kidney aging symptoms. Methods: From the healthy physical examination group, 50 elderly patients with aging kidney deficiency were selected as the treatment group. 30 patients in the pre-senior period and the young adult period were selected as the control group and detected respectively for thyroid function (TT3, TT4, FT3, FT4). , IGF-1, DHEA, liver function and electrocardiogram; treatment group with low-dose high bodybuilding treatment, 3 tablets daily, 3 months as a course of treatment, with 2 courses, after each course of treatment review the above indicators, and Before and after treatment, the scores of kidney deficiency aging were scored and all results were statistically processed. Results: With age, the levels of serum TT3, FT3, FT4, IGF-1, and DHEA in the young adults group, the old age group, and the old age group gradually decreased, and each group had significant significance (P < 0.01). TT4 The change was not significant (P > 0.05). High bodybuilding treatment could increase the level of decline. After 3 months, it could reach the level of the old age group. There was no significant difference between the 6 months and 3 months of treatment. Differences (P > 0.05). After treatment, the ageing scores decreased, and the symptoms of kidney deficiency were significantly improved. There was no significant toxic or side effects in the high bodybuilding treatment. Conclusion: The increasing concentration of TH, IGF-1 and DHEA in the blood circulation is gradually decreased by aging, and the high bodybuilding treatment can increase the concentration to reach the level of the old age group, and can improve the symptoms of kidney aging in the elderly.
