1996年6月起实施的《幼儿园工作规程》是规范幼儿园管理工作的基本准则。时隔20年对其进行的修订主要是围绕立德树人、安全管理等5方面进行,于2016年3月起实施,其中体现的重要一点就是“坚持立德树人的教育方针,遵循幼儿身心发展特点和规律,实施德、智、体、美诸方面全面发展的教育”。2012年10月教育部正式颁布了《3~6岁儿童学习与发展指南》,同年出台了《幼儿园教师的专业标准》,我们越来越认识到职业不等于专业。
The “Kindergarten Procedures” implemented since June 1996 are the basic norms governing kindergarten management. The revision carried out after 20 years mainly focuses on 5 aspects of Lide tree, safety management and so on. It took effect in March 2016. In the same year, the ”Professional Standards for Kindergarten Teachers" was promulgated. We are increasingly realizing that occupations are not equal to professions.
