XPM型电梯是一种交流选层按钮控制自平自动门电梯。在国内它是一种型号较旧而安装使用较多的电梯,由于用户多,因而出现的事故、故障也较多。以下便是笔者对该类型电梯电气系统故障分析与维修的实例。 故障1:电梯平层严重超差,电梯停站开门后,轿厢低于门厅地面或高于门厅地面一定距离。在电梯的平层控制线路及其实地安装上可以看出,电梯的平层信号是通过上平层传感器SQ_s、下平层传感器SQ_x的感应而得到的,在电气安装上,上下平层继电器与开门继电器一起安装在轿厢外侧顶部。例如电梯向上运行进入停站区域转为慢速运行后,轿厢顶部的上平层传感器SQ_s被固定在井道一侧的平层隔磁铁板切入,SQ_s内部干簧管失磁导通,使上平层继电器Ks得电吸合,在轿厢慢速上升的同时,隔磁铁板又切入开门传感器SQ_Q,使得K_Q吸合。继续上升后,下平层SQ_x导通,下
