首钢党校为适应首钢战略转型期对干部培训提出的新要求,着力提高学员分析问题、解决问题的能力,近年来在案例教学方面进行了一定的探索和实践。一方面组织教师挖掘首钢案例,形成了一个具有首钢特色的小案例库;另一方面在一些重点班次使用案例教学模式。实践证明,案例教学不但能够丰富党校课堂教学模式,而且能为理论与实践的结合找到最佳的切合点。对学员、教师的能力提高皆有重要作用。
In order to meet the new requirements for training cadres during the strategic transformation period of Shougang, Shougang Party School made efforts to analyze and solve the problems of students. In recent years, the Party School conducted some exploration and practice in case teaching. On the one hand, it organized teachers to excavate Shougang’s case and formed a small case database with Shougang’s characteristics. On the other hand, it used case teaching mode in some key shifts. Practice has proved that case teaching can not only enrich the party school classroom teaching model, but also find the best combination of theory and practice. On the trainees, teachers improve the ability to play an important role.
