目的:研究中西医结合外治法治疗女性外阴硬化性苔藓的临床疗效。方法:治疗组60例,中药外洗(白斑1号方、白斑2号方)、外涂(白斑散),结合外阴皮下注射(维生素B1、维生素B12),实施综合治疗1个月。对照组60例,无中药外涂及外阴皮下注射,其它治疗同试验组。结果:治疗组60例中痊愈46例,总有效率100%。对照组中痊愈15例,总有效率75%。病理组织及阴道镜检查前后对比也有明显好转。两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合外治法治疗外阴硬化性苔癣疗效明显。
Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of female vulvar sclerosing moss. Methods: 60 cases in the treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine (Baiyu No.1, Baiyu2), topical (Baikuansan) and subcutaneous injection of the vulva (vitamin B1, vitamin B12) for one month. Control group of 60 cases, no Chinese medicine and vulvar subcutaneous injection, other treatment with the experimental group. Results: In the treatment group, 60 cases recovered 46 cases, the total effective rate was 100%. Control group cured 15 cases, the total effective rate of 75%. Pathology and colposcopy before and after the contrast also significantly improved. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of vulvar lichen sclerosis with traditional Chinese and western medicine combined with external treatment has obvious curative effect.
