本文主要介绍了我院的儿科护理管理系统,该系统充分利用医院现有HIS、EMR等系统中丰富的信息资源进行数据采集和再利用,整合形成高组织化、整体化的决策支持系统。不仅实现了医院护理人员档案以及护理排班的科学化、规范化和数字化,还可使护理管理人员宏观掌控全院的护理人力资源综合情况,有助于提高护理工作全过程管理的质量和效率,最终实现优质护理,大大提高病人满意度。
This article mainly introduces the pediatric nursing management system in our hospital. The system makes full use of the abundant information resources in HIS, EMR and other systems in the hospital for data collection and re-use and integrates to form a highly organized and integrated decision support system.
