肺炎是老年人常见的多发病和并发症。近年来,细菌性肺炎的病原菌有所变迁,革兰氏阴性(G~-)杆菌肺炎有逐渐增多的趋势,临床上常易误诊。兹将1985年10月～1989年2月我们收治的60岁以上的G.杆菌肺炎66例报告
Pneumonia is a common and frequent complication in the elderly. In recent years, the pathogen of bacterial pneumonia has changed, Gram-negative (G ~ -) bacilli pneumonia has a gradual increase in the trend, often misdiagnosed clinically. We hereby treat 66 cases of gram-positive pneumonia over the age of 60 from October 1985 to February 1989
