水文对水资源可持续利用的思考

由于目前我国水资源开发的力度持续增加,在一定意义上使我国水资源常常处于超负荷状态,加之人们节水意识淡漠和水资源不合理利用情况,使原本短缺的水资源更加捉襟见肘,而且目前我国的水资源使用和供应上的冲突逐步加剧,因此我国的水资源要想得到有效合理的利用,就必须要充分考虑水文条件对于水资源可持续利用的重要意义。因此,本文首先对目前我国水资源发展的现状进行阐述;其次,分析水文对水资源可持续发展的重要性;最后,基于水文对水资源可持续利用的重要意义,提出根据水文条件合理利用水资源的对策和建议,进而使我国目前的水资源短缺情况有所缓解,使城市的降水和污水等得到循环利用,这在一定程度上也会使整个社会的环保意识逐步增强。 Due to the continuous increase of water resources development in our country, in a certain sense, our country’s water resources are often overloaded. Coupled with the indifferent awareness of water conservation and unreasonable utilization of water resources, the water resources that were in short supply are even more stretched. At present, China’s water use and supply conflicts gradually intensified, so our country’s water resources in order to be effective and reasonable use, we must give full consideration to the hydrological conditions for the sustainable use of water resources of great significance. Therefore, this paper firstly expounds the current situation of water resources development in our country. Secondly, it analyzes the importance of hydrology to the sustainable development of water resources. Finally, based on the significance of hydrology to the sustainable utilization of water resources, it is proposed that water should be rationally used according to hydrological conditions Resources countermeasures and suggestions, and then to make our country’s current water shortage has eased, so that urban precipitation and sewage are recycled, which to a certain extent, will also make the entire community gradually increase awareness of environmental protection.
