目的分析新疆生产建设兵团(简称兵团)布鲁氏菌病监测点人间布鲁氏菌病疫情分布,为制定防治策略与措施提供参考数据和科学依据。方法收集并整理2010─2012年中国疾病预防控制信息系统中上报的兵团人间布鲁氏菌病病例数及血清学监测数据,采用统计描述和推断的方法对二者进行分析。结果 2010─2012年兵团网络直报布鲁氏菌病发病率分别为4.74/10万、6.57/10万和12.16/10万,呈逐年上升趋势;监测区域血清学检测人数、阳性例数和阳性率分别为2 506人、131例、5.23%;2 670人、60例、2.25%和5 748人、98例、1.70%;监测区域中血清学阳性率较高地区,其报告发病率也高,两者存在相关性(r=0.88,P<0.01)。结论新疆兵团布鲁氏菌病疫情处于上升期,开展监测对掌握疫情动态、及时发现和处理疫情、评价防治效果和培养、锻炼布鲁氏菌病防治队伍有着十分重要的意义;应以监测点为基础,联合农业部门开展疫情处置、患者治疗管理、高危人群干预等综合性防控工作,推动新疆兵团布鲁氏菌病监测和防治工作的全面开展。
Objective To analyze the epidemic distribution of human brucellosis at the monitoring point of Brucellosis in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps (abbreviation: Corps), and to provide reference data and scientific basis for formulating prevention and control strategies and measures. Methods The number of human brucellosis cases and serological surveillance data reported by the Chinese Disease Control and Prevention Information System from 2010 to 2012 were collected and analyzed, and the statistical analysis and inferential method were used to analyze the two.
