在安排任何工程计划时,总是希望在满足既定的条件下,按照一定的目标寻求最优方案。如在工期一定的情况下,要求投入的人力、材料、设备和资金等资源数量为最小的方案;或是在最低工程成本的条件下,寻求工期最短的方案;或是在工期最短的条件下,寻求成本最低的方案等。应用微机进行“工期—成本”优化的最小断集法之目的就在于寻求以上各种最优方案。本文根据割集的基本理论应用微机由网络的完全关联矩阵求出网络在不同工期下的最小断集,同时考虑各活动之间的相互制约关系,对计划网络活动的持续时间逐步调整,最终实现在不同
