人类改变其消费理念和行为是CO2减排的有效方式。因此,低碳消费方式受到了世界各国的关注与重视。有效地量化评价居民的低碳消费水平,将有利于准确认识低碳消费方式和推动低碳消费方式的构建。本文从消费理念低碳度、消费偏好低碳度、消费水平低碳度和消费结构低碳度四个方面建立低碳消费评价指标体系,并采用模糊综合评价模型对其进行评价,以期推动低碳消费方式的建立。
