1病例报告患者男,25岁。因发热、头痛3天就诊。既往身体健康,否认药物和食物过敏史。查体:体温39.2℃,脉搏90/min,血压110/75mmHg,咽部充血,双扁桃体无肿大,肺部未闻及干湿性啰音,腹平软,肝脾肋下未触及,无移动性浊音,肠鸣音正常,双肾区叩痛(±),余无特殊。诊断为上呼吸道感染。给予注射用赖氨匹林0.5g加入0.9%氯化钠注射液100 ml静脉滴注,50滴/min,滴注10min后,患者突感胸闷、头晕、呼吸困难。查体:血压85/50mmHg,脉搏123/min,神智不清、面色苍白、全身
