本文闡述了反应条件——晶种种类及晶种量对铝酸钠溶液中析出氫氧化铝結晶粒度的影响,同时,对分解产物粒度与时間的关系亦做了闡述。作者通过中間試驗并列举了若干过去的試驗实例探討了这一主要影响。文中得出以下結論:(1) 除特殊条件外,晶种粒度能决定分解产物的粒度。但是,如果使用不稳定晶种或拜耳体晶种时,晶种粒度虽大,也能析出细粒氫氧化鋁。此外,分解产物粒度并不經常大于晶种粒度。由于分解条件的不同,也常会得出比晶种粒度还小的分解产物。(2)晶种量适当,会得出粒度最大的分解产物。(3)一般是分解开始后,分解产物的粒徑一度增大,分解后期,分解产物粒径变小。但在能生成异常稳定結晶的分解条件下,分解后期的分解产物之粒徑也可能不变小。
This article describes the reaction conditions - species and seed crystal size of sodium aluminate precipitated aluminum hydroxide crystal grain size, at the same time, the decomposition of the product size and time are also described. The author explores this major impact through an intermediate trial and cites several past experimental examples. The following conclusions can be drawn from the paper: (1) Particle size can determine the particle size of decomposition product except for special conditions. However, if an unstable seed or a Bayer seed crystal is used, fine seed particles are precipitated, and fine-grained aluminum hydroxide is also precipitated. In addition, the decomposition product particle size is not always greater than the seed particle size. Due to the different decomposition conditions, often smaller than the seed crystal size decomposition products. (2) The appropriate amount of seed crystal, will come up with the largest particle size decomposition products. (3) Generally, after the decomposition starts, the particle size of the decomposed product once increases, and the decomposition product becomes smaller in the later stage of decomposition. However, it is possible that the particle size of the decomposed product at the late stage of decomposition may not be reduced under the decomposition conditions capable of producing abnormally stable crystals.
