驰名商标是民族精神的集中体现,更是现代企业形象的象征。在经济全球化的今天,驰名商标不仅是商标权利人的财富,也是国家的宝贵财富,因而得到越来越多的重视。针对现状,我国建立了较完善的驰名商标认定与保护制度。本文结合我国的现行规定,系统阐述了驰名商标的概念及特征,对驰名商标的认定与保护,并针对我国驰名商标的认定及保护提出了完善的建议。
Well-known trademark is a concentrated expression of national spirit, but also a symbol of modern corporate image. Today in the economic globalization, well-known trademarks are not only the wealth of trademark right holders, but also the country’s precious wealth, and thus get more and more attention. In view of the status quo, China has established a well-established system for the recognition and protection of well-known trademarks. Based on the current regulations in our country, this article systematically expounds the concept and characteristics of well-known trademarks, identifies and protects well-known trademarks, and puts forward perfect suggestions for the recognition and protection of well-known trademarks in our country.
