自治区审计厅是政府综合性经济监督部门,设有32个处室。由于各业务处工作相对独立,加上审计干部长年出差在外审计,平时相互接触联系较少,因此厅内多数干部对非本处室干部的情况不太了解。以前,选拔任用干部时一般采取大会民主推荐或竞争上岗等方式,结果发现这种做法存在一些缺陷:一是民主推荐票比较分散;二是选拔方式比较单一;三是投“印象票”、“感情票”的比较多;
