考察了添加稀土Ce后的镍基催化剂在CH4、CO2与O2催化氧化重整制合成气反应中的催化性能,发现添加适量的Ce可以显著提高催化剂的活性和选择性。TPR、XRD、XPS结果显示,CeO2的加入能够增强活性组分与载体的相互作用,调变催化剂中镍物种的组成,可提高催化剂的活性及稳定性。
The catalytic performance of Ni-based catalyst with rare earth Ce was investigated in the reaction of CH4, CO2 and O2 for the catalytic reforming of syngas. It was found that the addition of suitable amount of Ce can significantly improve the activity and selectivity of the catalyst. The results of TPR, XRD and XPS showed that the addition of CeO2 enhanced the interaction between the active component and the support, and the activity of the catalyst and the stability of the catalyst were improved by adjusting the composition of the nickel species in the catalyst.
