Background:Since foreign scholars began to make use of snake toxin to treat acute stroke at the beginning of 1980s, some small sample,large sample and multicenter clinical experiment have proven its security,and found the main function of defibrase is degrading serum FIB,decreasing blood viscosity. rnObjective:To assess the function of defibrase in the recovery of nerve function of ACI patients with FIB elevation.
