维修电工是一个适应面非常宽的技术工种,有很大的社会需求量,是企业安全和正常生产不可或缺的岗位。随着科技的不断进步,企业生产工艺的不断更新,对这一工作岗位的要求也越来越高。中职学校现有的教学方式已经不能适应社会的需求。本文通过对教学模式的研究,寻找一条适合当前社会需要的,行之有效的维修电工培训模式。
Maintenance of electrical workers is a very wide adaptation of the technical types of work, there is a great social demand, corporate safety and normal production is an indispensable position. With the continuous improvement of science and technology, the production technology of enterprises is constantly updated, and the requirements for this position are also getting higher and higher. The existing teaching methods in secondary vocational schools can no longer meet the needs of the society. Through the study of teaching mode, this paper tries to find an effective repair electrician training mode that suits the needs of the present society.
