目的:探讨“肺肠合治”法防治肠道菌群失调合并过敏性哮喘大鼠的有效性。方法:采用饲喂头孢哌酮加白色念珠菌定植复制肠道菌群失调,并在此基础上运用卵清蛋白注射致敏与雾化诱发哮喘,雾化同时给予加味升降散治疗,采用Buxco全身体积描记系统分析呼吸功能,培养肠道细菌并运用ELISA法检测相关免疫因子含量。结果:模型大鼠呼吸频率显著增高,PEF显著减少,penh增高;肠道中肠球菌数量明显减少,双歧杆菌与乳酸杆菌未见生长,而肠杆菌数量明显增多,并可检测到白色念珠菌生长;BALF沉渣中白细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞计数增多;BLAF和血清中Ig E含量明显升高,且BALF中IL-4显著升高,IL-4/IFN-γ比值明显升高;BALF和肠黏膜中s Ig A的含量均显著降低。经加味升降散干预,大鼠肠道的菌群失调有不同程度的恢复,呼吸功能也明显改善,组织形态学改变得到了恢复,白细胞与嗜酸性粒细胞计数、Ig E与IL-4含量显著减少,肺、肠s Ig A也有不同程度的升高。结论:“肺肠合治”法对肠道菌群失调合并过敏性哮喘模型具有明显的治疗作用。

After the intervention of Jiawei Shengjiang Powder, the flora of the intestine of rats recovered to varying degrees, the respiratory function was also improved obviously, the histomorphological changes were recovered, the counts of leukocytes and eosinophils, and the contents of Ig E and IL-4 were significantly increased Reduced, lung, intestinal s Ig A also have different degrees of increase. Conclusion: The method of “Pulmonary and Intestine Treatment” has significant therapeutic effect on intestinal flora imbalance combined with allergic asthma model.
