1 Introduction Independent innovation is divided into: technological innovation, original innovation and invention. Technological innovation is based on the original scientific and technological knowledge based on the technical improvements. It is the path we take to mobilize mass technological innovation in our factories. With our hands-on and wide-ranging activities, we can make up less and we can make significant progress in the entire technology. The original innovation must change the scientific knowledge base of technology, which is another type of path to go. Our country is implementing the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education, driving innovation through development and building an innovative country. Therefore, how to carry out independent innovation has become an important issue. TV sets in our daily life have been developed from cathode ray tubes into liquid crystal televisions, from cameras to digital cameras, etc.
