对CA492Q型汽油机断电后自燃问题进行了讨论,找到了影响因素及解决方法。所谓断电后直燃(以下简称自燃)是指切断电源后发动机气征内仍继续进行燃烧的现象。长春轻型发动机厂通过发动机台架试验和车辆运行试验,对CA492Q型汽油机存在的自燃问题进行了研究。初步找到了影响自燃的因素和消除自燃的方法。一、影响CA492Q型发动机自然的因素1.不同工况的影响所试CA492Q型发动机是刚出厂的,在试验台架上仅在部分负荷下工作,并结合实际车辆使用工况,规定了三种自燃试验规范,见图1。试验表明,用规范二做自燃试验时,由于在怠速(500r/min)连续运转了二分钟,故使燃烧室的温度和压力均下降,未能形成断电后产生自燃的条件,用规范三做白燃试验时。发动机从部分负荷
