目的评价铁皮石斛水提物与大豆异黄酮提取物协同抗氧化作用。方法按照卫生部《保健食品检验与评价技术规范(2003年版)》的相关要求和金氏计算公式评价铁皮石斛水提物与大豆异黄酮提取物的协同抗氧化作用。结果铁皮石斛水提物、大豆异黄酮提取物及二者合用对正常小鼠红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力的影响均无显著差异(P>0.05);但可显著提高小鼠肝组织中SOD活力和降低丙二醛(MDA)含量,联合用药对小鼠肝脏SOD活性增效系数Q值为1.44。结论铁皮石斛水提物与大豆异黄酮提取物具有协同抗氧化作用。
Objective To evaluate the synergistic anti-oxidation effect of Dendrobium candidum aqueous extract and soy isoflavone extract. Methods The synergistic anti-oxidant effect of water extract of Dendrobium candidum and isoflavone extract of soybean was evaluated in accordance with the relevant requirements of the Ministry of Health, “Technical Specification for Testing and Evaluation of Health Food (2003 Edition)” and the Kim’s formula. Results There was no significant difference (P> 0.05) in the activity of erythrocyte superoxide dismutase (SOD) of Dendrobium candidum extract, soy isoflavone extract and the combination of the two, but it could significantly increase the activity of mouse liver tissue In the SOD activity and reduce the content of malondialdehyde (MDA), the combination of drugs on mouse liver SOD activity coefficient Q value of 1.44. Conclusion Dendrobium officinale water extract and soy isoflavone extract have a synergistic anti-oxidative effect.
