对石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定化探样品中痕量银进行了方法优化实验。以40 ng/mL银标准溶液为试样,采用斜坡升温和长寿命石墨管技术,进行了灯电流、干燥、灰化、原子化、清除温度和时间实验,得到了Z-5000原子吸收石墨炉升温的最佳条件。该方法的检出限为0.063 9 ng/mL,精密度(RSD,n=12)0.96%。实验表明,优化方法可以用于实际化探样品的测定,能有效地延长石墨管及仪器的使用寿命,并且满足地质科研需求。
The method of graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry for determination of trace silver in samples was optimized.
