均热炉计算机调度控制主要是协调均热炉与转炉、均热炉与轧机间的生产节奏,使其高效且保持平衡。文中介绍了系统构成(配备了三台HIDIC-80型过程机)、系统功能(编制装炉、出炉顺序;预报待装、待料现象;预报待轧、待热现象;自学习功能;事故处理),并指出该调度系统具有较大的灵活性和实用性,但空炉最佳装炉顺序的确定,仍由人判断,故不是最佳调度系统。
The soaking furnace computer scheduling control is mainly to coordinate the production rhythm between the soaking furnace and converter, soaking furnace and rolling mill to make it efficient and balanced.
