工会作为群众的组织,怎样在企业中协助党委、行政发挥好职工利益的代表者和维护者的作用,将直接关系到工会组织在国有企业中的地位。因此,作为企业工会,必须坚定不移地服务于围绕企业发展的工作大局,充分发挥工会组织的优势通过企业文化建设,增强职工主人翁意识,积极把企业员工聪明才智最大限度地渗透到国有企业的生产、经营、管理和员工自我发展提高的全过程,积极渗透到提高国有企业职工素质的需求中,最大限度地调动广大职工在企业改革发展中的积极性和创造性,增强企业的凝聚力,提高企业的竞争实力,促进企业和员工的“双赢”协调发展。坚持以人为本为核心的企业文化建设是新时期工会工作发展提出的新课题、新要求,提供了新思路、新机遇。
