为获得不同关闭时间下蝶阀流场特性,通过设定适当的边界条件,采用非结构网格对控制方程组进行离散,利用fluent动网格技术分析不同的蝶阀,关阀时间对水击最大压强及阀板后端涡街长度的影响。结果表明,匀速关闭时增大关阀时间对减小水击压强的作用效果在0.6s前较为明显;在蝶阀关闭过程中,阀板后部出现涡街现象,且涡街长度与关闭时间有关。
In order to obtain the flow field characteristics of butterfly valve with different closing time, the control equations are discretized by using unstructured grids by setting the appropriate boundary conditions. Different butterfly valves are analyzed by fluent moving grid technique. The maximum valve closing time And the effect of vortex length at the back of the valve plate. The results show that the effect of increasing the valve closing time to reduce the water hammer pressure during uniform closing is obvious before 0.6s. During the closing of the butterfly valve, the vortex phenomenon appears at the back of the valve plate, and the vortex length is related to the closing time .
