为进一步提高重组 Sj GST- Sj32 (r Sj GST- Sj32 )的免疫保护作用 ,用 IL- 12作为佐剂进行免疫增强效果的观察。在 0、2、6周用 r Sj GST- Sj32经皮下免疫小鼠 3次 ,攻击感染后 1、3、5、7、9d经腹腔注射佐剂 IL- 12 ,用减虫率及减卵率表示保护性免疫力。结果与 PBS对照组相比 ,r Sj GST- Sj32 /IL- 12组减虫率为 38.2 % (P<0 .0 1) ,每克肝卵数 (L EPG)减少率为 75 .1% (P<0 .0 1) ,每雌肝卵数 (L EPF)减少率为 72 .9% (P<0 .0 1) ;与单独注射 r Sj GST- Sj32组相比 ,r Sj GST- Sj32 /IL- 12组减虫率为 2 6 .8% (P<0 .0 5 ) ,L EPG减少率为 72 .5 % (P<0 .0 1) ,L EPF减少率为6 6 .2 % (P<0 .0 5 )。表明 IL- 12作为佐剂 ,可同时增强 r Sj GST- Sj32诱导小鼠产生的抗感染和抗生殖免疫保护力。
To further enhance the immunoprotection of recombinant Sj GST-Sj32 (r Sj GST-Sj32), immunostimulatory effects were observed using IL-12 as an adjuvant.
