CMJ-1型冲击脉冲计,是航空部633所研制成功的一种机械故障诊断仪器,其主要功能是用来测量已装机的处于运转状态下的滚珠或滚柱轴承的工作状态,并判断其损伤程度,还可以用来检测压力系统或真空系统的气体泄漏,此仪器性能和指标与国外同类仪器相同,其测量范围为0~100dB,分辨率为3.3dB;可测轴承范围:轴承内径φ5~1000mm;轴承转速n为10~50000r/min,用冲击脉冲法比用测振、测声、测温等方法来诊断轴承故障更有效。因为当一个轴承由完好状态而发展到出现早期损伤阶段时,冲击脉冲幅度的相对变化量将大大高于振动、噪声、温度等参数的相对变化量,故用冲击脉冲法测量更便于实现轴承的早期故障诊断。
