扩大消费需求、拉动内需是保增长主要举措之一。我国最大的消费潜力在农村,最难启动的也是农村消费市场。促进农村住房改造、带动农村消费,当下正是个好机遇。省委副书记、省长吕祖善今年4月到丽水专题调研农村住房改造工作时,充分肯定了丽水对农村住房改造作出的积极大胆探索,他说,农村住房改造是一件保民生、保稳定的好事,有利于改善农民居住条件和人居环境,有利于促进农民增收,有利于拉动农村消费市场。丽水的农村住房改造工作已经形成了一套比较完整的政策意见和实施办法,值得很好总结和借鉴推广。
