研究纺织材料在力学作用下发生相应的变形和破坏的规律性,无疑对合理地确定其加工工艺参数和使用条件有着实际意义。尤其近年来纺织材料在土建、航天等工程领域的应用日益广泛,人们对它的变形和破坏的研究也越来越重视。扫描电镜的附件拉伸台是此项研究的重要手段之一。国产DX—3A扫描电镜没有配备拉伸台,但它具有大的样品室。为满足教学科研的需要,我们自己设计、制造、安装了一个拉伸台。由于借用了原样品台的五个自由度运动系统,所以自制的拉伸台体积小,重量轻、拆装方便,使用灵活。经反复试验、改进,现已拍出部分边菜羊毛的拉伸变形、断裂照片(图1—2)。拉伸台的使用使DX—3A扫描电镜的功能增强,也为我们的科学研究创造了条件。
Studying the regularity of deformation and destruction of textile materials under the action of mechanics undoubtedly has practical significance for the reasonable determination of the processing parameters and the conditions for their use. Especially in recent years, the application of textile materials in civil engineering, aerospace and other engineering fields is becoming more and more widespread. People are also paying more and more attention to its deformation and destruction. Scanning electron microscope attachment tensile table is one of the important means of this study. Domestic DX-3A scanning electron microscope is not equipped with stretching stage, but it has a large sample room. To meet the needs of teaching and research, we design, manufacture, install a tensile table. Due to borrowing the original sample platform of the five degrees of freedom movement system, so self-made stretching table small size, light weight, easy disassembly, flexible use. After repeated tests and improvements, it has been taken part of the tensile edge of the wool deformation, fracture photo (Figure 1-2). The use of a stretching table enhances the capabilities of the DX-3A SEM and also provides the conditions for our scientific research.
