促甲状腺激素释放激素(TRH)可作用于垂体前叶靶细胞的特异受体,激活腺苷酸环化酶—环磷酸腺苷系统,促进促甲状腺激素(TSH)的合成与释放。临床常用TRH兴奋试验检验垂体TSH的贮备功能,用于诊断和鉴别原发和继发甲低的病变部位,以及确诊亚临床型或可疑甲亢。由于生长抑素(somatostatin,SS)能抑制TSH的合成和释放,调节甲状腺的功能。因此,我们采用血浆提取放免分析法,通过测定甲亢、甲低患者TRH兴奋试验前、后血浆中生长抑素浓度的变化,以探讨它对甲状腺功能的调节作用。
Thyroid-stimulating hormone releasing hormone (TRH) acts on the specific receptor of target cells in the anterior pituitary and activates the adenylate cyclase-cyclic adenosine monophosphate system to promote the synthesis and release of thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH). Clinical TRH test commonly used to test the reserve function of pituitary TSH, for the diagnosis and identification of primary and secondary hypothyroidism lesions, as well as the diagnosis of subclinical or suspicious hyperthyroidism. Because somatostatin (SS) inhibits the synthesis and release of TSH, it regulates thyroid function. Therefore, we use plasma extraction radioimmunoassay, by measuring hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism in patients with TRH before and after the excitement test changes in plasma somatostatin concentration to explore its regulation of thyroid function.
