我们于1995年10月至1997年1月对全区三级各类防治防疫机构1994年资源现状进行了全面函调,进而又采用分层随机抽样的方法,对1/3自治区级,1/3盟市级和1/5旗县级的防治防疫机构1978年和1990～1994年财力资源的动态变化情况进行了现场调查,现摘要报告如下。
