本文介绍一种新的NiCrMoV钢,其化学成分与众所周知的3.5%NiCrMoV钢的差别,在于将镍含量降到2.7%、铬含量提高到2.5%。化学成分上的这种变动,是为了进一步抑制回火脆性。用一个这种钢号的350吨钢锭,锻成一根直径为1900mn、长为6000mm的试验件和一件轴身直径为1500mm的轴。用试验件所作的预检试验表明:在经模拟热处理的轴向中心孔套料试样上,测得边缘区与心部区的ΔFATT值都在0℃左右,而测得的屈服点超过700N/mm~2。心部的FATT值是-25℃,边缘的FATT值则为-90℃。在生产性调质处理后,可以指望获得较好的性能。
This article describes a new NiCrMoV steel with a chemical composition that differs from the well-known 3.5% NiCrMoV steel by reducing the nickel content to 2.7% and the chromium content to 2.5%. This change in chemical composition is to further suppress temper embrittlement. A 350-ton ingot of this steel grade was used to forge a test piece with a diameter of 1,900 mm and a length of 6,000 mm and a shaft with a shaft diameter of 1,500 mm. The preflight tests made with the test pieces showed that ΔFATT values of the edge zone and the heart zone were all around 0 ℃ and the measured yield point exceeded 700N / mm ~ 2. FATT value of the heart is -25 ℃, the edge of the FATT value is -90 ℃. After the production of quenched and tempered, you can expect to get better performance.
